EDF Cordemais Electrical power plant is located on the estuary of the Loire between Nantes and St. Nazaire, spearhead of EDF’s thermal power plant facilities in France with advanced equipment, the plant has an installed capacity of two 600 MW coal fired units and two 700 MW oil fired units.
Thanks to PLANEXPERTISE expertise in implementing Oracle Primavera solution we have implemented the integrated planning of the Cordemais power plant, PLANEXPERTISE has achieved this challenging implementation within 4 months. The integrated planning was to be ready for the two decennial shutdowns of the power plant. The project was delivered within expected time frame and cost.
Our main tasks during this implementation were :
– Standard trainings from basic trainings to advanced trainings
– Workshops to define the data inputs and outputs and the reporting methodologies
– Setting a prototype
– Tests on the prototype
– Drafting of various the guides and user manuals
– Deployment
